Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour we used King Arthur Gluten Free 1:1
  • 2 tablespoon Pure Cane Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Mini Chocolate Chips we used Enjoy Life
  • 1 tablespoon Milk of choice We used oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • In a 8 to 12 oz mug, add the dry ingredients; all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix until well combined.
  • Then add the wet ingredients, milk, oil, vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips on top.
  • Put in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds, or add a few more seconds, if it still has lots of wetness.
  • Let it cool off for at least one minute.
  • Garnish with a little confectioners sugar, optional.
