Brownie In A Mug

- 3 tablespoon All-Purpose Flour we used King Arthur Gluten Free 1:1
- 2 tablespoon Pure Cane Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder
- 1 tablespoon Mini Chocolate Chips we used Enjoy Life
- 1 tablespoon Milk of choice We used oat milk
- 1 tablespoon Avocado Oil
- ½ teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
- ¼ teaspoon Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
In a 8 to 12 oz mug, add the dry ingredients; all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and sugar. Mix until well combined.
Then add the wet ingredients, milk, oil, vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips on top.
Put in the microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds, or add a few more seconds, if it still has lots of wetness.
Let it cool off for at least one minute.
Garnish with a little confectioners sugar, optional.
