Strawberry Popsicles

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lbs. fresh strawberries
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ cup agave nectar

Instructions
 

  • Remove the crowns from the strawberries and wash them.

  • In a blender, add the strawberries, water, lemon juice and agave nectar.

  • Blend until it is all smooth.
  • Pour in popsicle molds and put the popsicle sticks in place
  • Freeze for at least 6 hours

Notes

  • Use Fresh, Ripe Strawberries: For the best results, use ripe strawberries that are in season for maximum flavor.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Ensure a smooth consistency by blending the strawberry mixture for at least 30-60 seconds.
  • Proper Freezing: Freeze the popsicles for at least 6 hours or until completely solid to ensure they hold their shape when removed from the molds.
  • Customize to Taste: Adjust the sweetness level by adding more or less agave nectar to suit your preference.
